Are you ready to grow with us?   Position - LCA & Sustainability Specialist We are looking for a proactive and skilled LCA & Sustainability Specialist to join our Environmental & Energy Team, for advance our sustainability goals at the product level.  This role will integrate environmental life-cycle assessment considerations into product design, promote circular economy principles and sustainable material selection, and contribute to sustainable innovation. What you will do: ·      Support the organization in preparing for and implementing new regulations (e.g., ESPR) in product design workflows; ·      Introduce to the organization sustainability concepts such as eco-design and design for circularity and related standard (ISO 59000, ISO 14006); ·      Support the Master Data to manage and streamline product data processes (e.g., component weight, materials, recycled content) into Bills of Materials for LCA purposes; ·      Support the function in conducting LCA studies to assess environmental impacts during product design; ·      Support the organization in EPD and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) certification processes; ·      Collaborate to ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, WEEE, REACH, Batteries Regulation, etc.); ·      Engage with universities, research institutes, and industry groups to stay updated on sustainability design and circular economy trends and practices.   Who you are ·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Industrial Design or a related field; ·      1-2 years of experience Expertise in Life Cycle Assessment and related standards (ISO 14040/44, ISO 14067); ·      Desire and motivation to drive change, influence, and interact at all levels of the company; ·      Strong understanding of product data management, R&D and product design processes. ·      Good understanding of environmental and sustainability regulations and standards (e.g. EPD, CFP, ESPR, REACH, RoHs, etc.); ·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; ·      Experience in the consumer electronics or related industries is considered a plus; ·      Knowledge of material science and sustainable materials, including biodegradable polymers, recycled materials, and low-impact chemicals is considered a plus; ·      Fluency in English; ·      Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.   What you will find – A place where you can grow ·      Distributed leadership encouraging a “can do” attitude; ·      Global and multicultural environment; ·      Continuous learning approach; ·      International cross functional teams. Are you ready to grow with us?   Position - HSE Specialist We are seeking for a passionate and driven person who, reporting to the Group HSE Manager and working in the operational sites in full cooperation with the Plant Manager, manages all aspects and activities related to HSE Health Safety Environment.   What you will do - Taking on the role of HSE specialist and act as RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service) at the operational sites, in compliance with Italian law, after an adequate induction period; -  Identification, management and control of all the law and regulations applicable requirements and according to the Group's corporate directives related to health, safety and environment; - Managing risk analysis and assessments on HSE matters, taking into account the specific kind of the business activities and the organization; -  Drafting, defining, proposing, keeping updated and monitoring prevention, protection and improvement plans based on HSE risk assessments and/or sustainability projects; - Conducting internal inspections and audits in operational areas in order to ensure the management, monitoring and control of all HSE aspects, including operational aspects, in full collaboration with colleagues; -  Reporting to the Group HSE Manager and working with site management in order to propose, define, and implement suitable prevention and protection measures, improvement initiatives, and action plans to eliminate or reduce HSE risks, improving HSE performance, and promoting sustainable development; - Supporting the Group HSE Manager, plant management teams, and company management in relations with authorities and regulatory third bodies, managing authorization processes and compliance with regulatory requirements; -  Ensuring compliance with the requirements applicable to operations activities obtaining, implementing and maintaining permits and authorizations and HSE management systems (certs ISO 45001, ISO 14001); -  Regularly verifying that employees are aware of their responsibilities and roles regarding HSE and sustainability and that they comply with established measures; -  Preparing, planning, and managing training programs and awareness initiatives on HSE and sustainability topics (with external experts if necessary), ensuring that all employees receive adequate training, and specific instruction according to their work environments and roles -  Contributing to implementation of Group standards, management systems and generation and distribution of best practices, proposing new procedures and guidelines -  Participating as a supporting member of specific committees and meetings proactively promoting initiatives and projects related to HSE, sustainability, and ESG topics -  Reporting on HSE and sustainability performance data for the sites and the Group, also for ESG purposes.   Who you are - Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental or Safety Engineering, or a technical degree with equivalent experience; -  In possess of qualifications to assume the role of RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Officer) at operations sites according to Italian law; - Specialized training certs in occupational health and safety, environment, and sustainability, particularly for RSPP roles and certified trainer status as required by Italian law; - HSE experience in industrial operations contexts, preferably in the mechanical business sector; - Experience in implementing HSE management systems ISO 45001, ISO 14001, (ISO 50001 will be considered a plus); - Fluent in English; - Excellent interpersonal skills, strong cooperative attitude, and teamwork orientation; - Ability to manage defined tasks autonomously after eventual appropriate initial support; - Goal-oriented mindset aligned with company objectives (both group and plant); - Ability to analyze and summarize with a strategic and systemic vision.   What you will find – A place where you can grow - Distributed leadership encouraging a “can do” attitude; - Global and multicultural environment; - Continuous learning approach; - International cross functional teams.
