Don't miss the opportunity to join our Operations Excellence Team, where you will learn how to manage a project working in cross-functional teams, and how to run Value stream maps and analysis on materials flow and process improvements. Operations Excellence Team is a very dynamic team that can manage different kinds of projects and that will give you the opportunity to see a complex company, as DAB, from different points of view.

How you will support the team:

You will help the colleagues in their daily activities such as:

- Make or buy analysis

- cost vs benefit analysis of new solutions/ideas

- implementation of new tools in the company

- support to Operations department on material flow analysis

- production process analysis (find out possible improvements activities) 

More than this, you will be involved in a next project to define the new layout of our head quarter in Mestrino taking into considerations material flow, safety procedures, production best practices and implementation of new tools such as AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot).

Who you are:

• • Studies in Economics or Engineering or related (student or graduate)
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Excel and office suite
  • Knowledge of CAD
  • Principles of lean production
  • Team working skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Proactivity
