Are you ready to grow with us? Position - Supply Planning Specialist Based on the demand set in the MRP system ensure the continuous component supply of the plant. Primary contact for suppliers, ensure that purchase orders placed on time, requested delivery dates confirmed and followed. Primary source of supply information in plant.    What you will do - Understanding component demand suggested by MRP routine; - Control material supply through open PO, preset inventory levels for consignments, Kanban; - Follow up on purchase order confirmation by suppliers for requested date, content and qty; - Participate on the shortage meetings, provide information on all uncertain components within the targeted time window; - Very close, daily cooperation with production schedulers to support the production plan; -  Prevent material supply interruptions in all potential way; - Responsible for maintaining the MRP parameters such as lead time, MOQ, safety stock, order increment qty, etc; - Ensure that supplier receive, understand and plan based on the demand forecast sent by MRP twice a month; - Participate in projects such as iungo implementation, product transfers, product changes; - Comply with supply planning KPIs to optimize the component supply, inventory size; - Maintain purchase orders to avoid excess and obsolete buy (at product changes and in general); - Organize the pickup/transport of components from suppliers and follow up the shipment status; - Work with commodity buyers on price updates, escalations in critical shortages; - Alignment of supply/invoice discrepancies between DAB and suppliers; - Supplier development and occasional supplier visit; - On time communication of any (potential) material supply, shortage issues to avoid production underutilization.
