Are you ready to grow with us?   POSITION  - IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist We are looking for an experienced and problem-solving oriented IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist to join our international and dynamic Customer Care team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems, providing high-level technical support to our customers globally. What you will do - Troubleshooting: effectively analyze and solve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions; - Customer Technical Support: provide technical assistance, both internally and externally, to our partners and customers by guiding them in troubleshooting and optimal system configuration; - System integration: collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure the optimal integration of our products with DAB digital services and other systems and platforms operating in the field of local supervision; - Data analysis: analyze data collected from IoT systems to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement; - Continuous improvement: collect feedback from customers and internal users to identify areas for improvement and propose new features; - Training and communication: provide technical training to both colleagues and customers on the functionalities of our DAB digital services and the best practices for the use of our IoT systems; -  Verification and validation: configure and manage test setups to validate our IoT solutions before they are released to the market, ensuring proper operation and alignment with quality requirements; -  Global and cross-functional collaboration: work closely with development, project management, sales and customer success teams internationally to ensure project success and customer satisfaction; -  Documentation: draw up and maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems. Position - Technical Pre Sales Engineer We are looking for a smart and passionate Technical Pre Sales Engineer willing to work in an adaptive and multinational organization to join our DProject Regions Team. The main role is to support our sales force and customers in selecting the most appropriate DAB solution for their needs.  What you will do -  Second level support and interaction with our customers, sales colleagues and DProject colleagues in subsidiaries to select the most appropriate solution for specific project needs; - Provide advanced product and application information to our customers; - Feasibility studies and quotes for special products; - You will be part of a global DProject team, with the opportunity to discuss issues and share ideas with colleagues across the DAB group; - You will communicate and participate in daily staff meetings; - You will interact with many internal departments (R&D, Product Management, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.) and suppliers to provide the best possible support to our customers; - Once the experience and knowledge on the technical and company structure will be consolidated the coordination of the DProject regions team will be taken in charge. Who you are -  Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, electronic, materials) or high school studies with at least three years of experience in these fields; - Fluency in English; Knowledge of Spanish and French will be considered a plus; - You’ve successfully coordinated a group of people, ensuring a good balance between results and people care (workload, training, task variety…); - Willingness to learn to keep up with the constant evolution of the market; - Excellent ability to work in a group, collaborating and providing support to maintain a proactive and positive environment; - Communication skills. Position - Warranty & Returns Internship Join our Warranty & Returns Team as intern to learn the activities for managing and processing the After-Sales requests for Italian Customers, Export Distributors and DAB Subsidiaries; ensuring a smooth flow of the same liaising with Customer Service, Production and Logistic department teams.   How you will support the team: You will help the colleagues in the W&R and Customer Service team in their daily activities such as: -   Arranging the shipments of the material needed for the repairs and the replacements under warranty through Service and Maintenance Sales orders; - Managing the Returns from Sales networks; - Allocating material for the Service Orders and Maintenance Sales orders; - Creating the picking list for customers; - Updating the shipping calendar for Export customers; - Requiring availability dates from Scheduling and Procurement depts; - Arranging the airwaybills for express deliveries; - Entering manual transfer orders and generating delivery notes; - Scheduling picking with Italian/Export couriers; You will also be involved in project activities to improve the team performance and the Customer Experience, in specific: -  Designing and generation of tools and procedures to support the monitoring of SLAs, KPIs and Service Level Who you are - Studies in Economics, Human Studies or related (student or graduate); - Fluent English mandatory, other languages are a plus; - Very precise and accurate; - Able to organize and prioritize your tasks; - Proactive and problem solving oriented for continuous improvement; - Enjoy to collaborate with your teammates positively impacting to achieve the  goals of the team.
