We are looking for a flexible, dynamic and sales driven Project Sales Engineer to join our DOC team, to drive our product through Consulting Engineers and develop a channel strategy to support sales.
In the role as Project Sales Engineer you will:
· Have a strategic focus on Cold Water Boosting and HVAC at specification level, leading with our flagship products
· Deal with Architects, Developers and Building Services/M&E/Hydraulic Consultants to increase brand awareness and drive project sales.
· Focus on business development, cultivating relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
· Select products and generating quotations, renegotiating existing projects to change specification in favor of our product line.
· Work cohesively alongside our existing market approach, bringing the specification to completion with the contractor and dealer
Competences & Skills
· +3 years of experience with specification at all levels, preferably with pump equipment or a related industry.
· +3 years of experience in selling technical equipment is essential.
· Proficient in English, both written and spoken, able to engage and influence a variety of audiences. Having the ability to present and promote efficiently, including carrying out industry CPD’s and training
· Communicative and customer centric with a high level of attention to detail, able to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
· Understanding of sales channels and able to navigate each with efficiency
· Experienced and competent with various IT systems and programs, MS Office, CRM Dynamics, Outlook etc.
· Experience working in an international company would be advantageous
· Business ethics and team work
