Position - Product Owner (E-commerce)

We are looking for a smart and passionate Product Owner (E-commerce) to take ownership of our Magento platform and drive the continuous development of our digital ecosystem.

The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating commercial requirements into effective technical solutions and ensuring their successful implementation. The role involves managing external technology partners, driving platform improvements, optimizing customer experience and conversion performance, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our e-commerce operations across multiple international markets.

What you will do

• Own and manage the Magento platform and its integrations with external systems;
• Define priorities and roadmap for platform development and enhancement;
• Coordinate and manage external technical partners, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa;
• Analyse customer and website data (GA4 and other sources) to identify improvement opportunities;
• Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives, including A/B testing activities;
• Ensure compliance with security standards, technical protocols, and GDPR requirements;
• Support the implementation of automation solutions to improve business efficiency;
• Act as the main point of contact for all platform-related systems and processes;
• Serve as super-user for key business tools and systems.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar E-commerce role;
• Strong understanding of Magento platforms and digital commerce environments;
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors;
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach;
