POSITION -  HR Business Partner – Plant (Maternity Leave)

We are looking for a smart, dynamic and driven person who, as part of our HR team, will participate in creating and shaping experiences and an environment where our people can thrive and make the difference, with energy, curiosity and self-responsibility, across our manufacturing plants in Italy.

What you will do:

  • HR practices and employee management (including workforce planning, recruitment and on-boarding, organisational design), ensuring these processes are aligned with Company’s strategy and goals;
  • Build and maintain close partnerships with Manufacturing line management to ensure that departmental needs are identified and effectively addressed;
  • Development of strong relationship with other HR BP and other roles within the HR function (People Culture & Continuous Improvement, Total Rewards, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations) to ensure HR tools and practices are deployed properly;
  • Ensure that Talent Management initiatives and Training&Development activities are implemented, working in partnership with the line management and PC&CI? to promote/support the development of our people;
  • Contribute to key HR initiatives and projects , such as employee engagement surveys, people development programs.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree in HR related field such as Social & Work Psychology, Management & Economics, Law;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus;
  • Good Level of English;
  • Self-starter, problem solver, result oriented;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels in a matrix organisation;
  • Passion for HR world and innovative ideas;
  • Capable in establishing and maintaining positive relationships;
  • Solid sense of accountability;
  • Willing to travel to our Group's plants for business.

Target Hiring Range

Total compensation package from €32,000 to €38,000 gross per year.

DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
