R&D Engineer 研发工程师

We are looking for a curious and analytical person, proactive and result-oriented, to join our R&D team.

我们正在寻找一位善于钻研、具备分析思维、积极主动且以结果为导向的人才加入研发团队担任研发工程师。

What you will do

• Be responsible for the design and development of pump structures; 
• Carry out failure analysis, formulate design improvement schemes, and complete testing and verification of the scheme; 
• Take charge of the update and management of drawings and technical documents; 
• Compile technical documents, and cooperate with various departments to advance prototype trial production and mass production;  
• Liaise with DAB Headquarters to complete project report compilation and data analysis; 
• Provide technical support for relevant departments.

您将要做什么：

• 负责水泵结构的设计与开发；
• 开展失效分析，制定设计改进方案，并完成方案测试与验证；
• 负责图纸及技术文档的更新与管理；
• 编制技术文件，协同各部门推进样品试制与量产工作；
• 对接戴博总部，完成项目报告撰写与数据分析；
• 为相关部门提供技术支持。

WHO you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mould or related disciplines;  
• Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in plastic part design or mechanical design;
• Capable of completing structural design independently;  
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes including casting, thermoplastics and die casting; 
• Familiar with material properties, material selection criteria and other professional expertise; 
• Proficient in Creo (Pro/E) design software; 
• Working experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred;  
• Good English reading and writing skills; 
• Skilled in Office and other office software.

• 5年以上塑胶件设计或机械设计相关实操经验；
• 能够独立完成结构设计工作；
• 掌握铸件、热塑性塑料、压铸件等相关生产工艺知识；
• 熟悉材料性能、选材原则等专业知识；
• 熟练使用 Creo（Pro/E）设计软件；
• 有外资企业工作经验者优先；
• 英语读写能力良好；
• 熟练掌握 Office 等办公软件。
