POSITION  - Sales Representative Rhein-Main 

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional, with strong commercial acumen and relationship skills, to join our Sales team in Germany

What you will do:

  • Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio, maximizing sales performance
  •  Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities within the territory
  • Implement commercial strategies and marketing initiatives at local level
  • Promote DAB brand and product portfolio
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Analyze the local market, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and business meetings
  • Define and monitor the sales budget and commercial targets for the area
  •  Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for offers, orders, and after-sales activities
  •  Ensure proper use of CRM and timely reporting

WHO you are:

• Previous experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in a relevant sector;

• Strong results orientation and ability to work towards targets;

• Excellent planning and territory management skills;

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;

• Analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach;

• Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools;

• Willingness to travel within the territory;

• Agile and curious mindset
