POSITION - Resource Planning Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Resource Planning Specialist to join our Resource Planning team.

What you will do:

• Proactively monitors and oversees supply chain processes and demand forecasts, anticipating potential risks and identifying mitigation actions;
• Consolidates, analyzes, and prioritizes demand requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Plans and optimizes inventory, distribution, production, material requirements, and rough-cut capacity for a defined product portfolio;
• Defines and maintains optimal inventory levels based on aggregated forecasts, service targets, and business constraints.

Who you are

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Statistic – or working experience in Supply Chain Management;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Studies or work experiences abroad are positively evaluated;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel. Any experience with Qlik or data manipulation are positively evaluated;
• Availability for business trips abroad;
• Strong problem-solving, data management, and negotiation skills, combined with solid project management experience, an end-to-end business perspective, and an agile, adaptable mindset;
• Very good communication skill; willing and able to work in team in an international environment.
