POSITION - Distribution Warehouse Officer Temporary

The candidate will join our Distribution team to support data analysis, cost control, and project management activities related to finished product flows.

The role will report directly to the Group Distribution Warehouse Leader and work closely with the Distribution Outbound team (transportation and documentation).

What you will do:

• Data analysis and reporting using BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and advanced Excel;

• Support in collecting, consolidating, and verifying information and data for the control and monitoring of logistics costs;

• Support for analyzing outbound shipment volumes;

• Support in recording and managing logistics cost invoices and related cost control (transportation and warehousing);

• Operational support in managing logistics and distribution projects;

• Support for the Outbound Distribution and Warehouse Distribution teams in back-office and operational management activities;

• Researching ad-hoc transportation solutions, obtaining quotes, and bookings;

• Support for supplier scouting, requirements analysis, and quote evaluation;

• Support for process optimization;

• Operational support in drafting analyses and improvement proposals for the distribution arm of the DAB Regional structure.

Who you are

Recent graduate or junior professional with internship experience in supply chain, logistics, management control, or data analysis;

Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with BI tools (Qlik or similar);

Fluent English (written and spoken);

Experience or interest in project management is preferred;

Attention to detail, proactivity, ability to work in a team, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
