Order Fulfillment Officer

We are looking for a smart, passionate, and driven Order Fulfillment Officer to join our Logistics team in Poland. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and adaptive organization, supporting daily order management activities and ensuring a high level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Process customer orders efficiently in the system
• Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners
• Ensure accuracy of client accounts, invoicing, sales inputs, and pricing

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish, German & English
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
