Dab Pumps Spa HS Manager Send

We are looking for a HS Manager for our HQs.

The person will be involved in the following activities:

• Leading the HS function in Italian plants;
• Ensuring site compliance with health and safety laws;
• Ensuring the completion of the reports required by law and their analysis;
• Supporting management in the dissemination of laws and corporate regulations and culture on health and safety;
• Assessing the risks in the workplace for the different tasks and propose the most appropriate protective equipment;
• Identifying and suggest solutions to improve safety systems and accident prevention in order to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents;
• Planning and support the organization of training activities for legal and business correspondence related to Health and Safety;
• Informing/training employees on the risks present in the plants;
• Maintaining relations with external bodies responsible for monitoring site activity in the field of health and safety at work;
• Implementation of standards and SW programs such as ergonomics, SW management systems;
• Supporting audit activities (Law, Corporate, Insurance).

REQUIREMENTS:

• People management experience;
• Knowledge of international laws and standards on Health and Safety;
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and relationship skills;
• Ability to plan and identify solutions;
• A concrete approach to convey the culture of safety;
• Leadership skills and passion for health and safety.
