Dab Pumps Spa Legal Specialist Send

We are looking for a smart and passionate Legal Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative work environment, with the goal of leading the digitalization strategy of the company's legal processes.

Main Activities:

• Oversee the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM) and generally managing the digitalization process of the legal department.

• Providing legal advice, including in the field of privacy.

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, including but not limited to contracts for procurement, sales conditions, distribution contracts, agency contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc. This also includes guarantees and banking obligations. Evaluating contractual risks and implementing mitigation measures.

• Assisting in maintaining compliance of legal documents and company policies with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and new technologies.

• Collaborating with various teams to understand the legal implications of decisions related to the development of new projects.

• Providing training and raising awareness on legal issues to all members of the organization.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• At least 2 years of experience within the legal departments of multinational companies or international law firms.

• Flexibility and initiative.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in privacy law, new technology law, or a related field is a plus.
