We are looking for a customer orientated, proactive and good communicator Regional Sales Manager to join our Export team, to develop the sales Asia Pacific’s market (unless Indonesian market).


In the role of Regional Sales Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the market share of DAD Pumps in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Manage the sales of pump equipment across diverse segments such as Construction, Energy, Municipal Water Utilities, Agriculture, and Retail within the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing distribution networks, setting sales targets, negotiating terms, and planning joint activities.
  • Provide direct guidance and support to the dealer network, fostering daily support and long-term development.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in key sectors, particularly with Developers, Civil Construction entities, and Engineering firms.
  • Lead direct engagement on construction business projects, leveraging specialized dealers when appropriate.
  • Oversee a sales team based in the regional office and working remotely, including target setting, progress monitoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure the execution of contracts, sales conditions, bonus agreements, and resolution of claims.
  • Enforce pricing policies and manage conflict resolution among dealers.
  • Take full responsibility for setting and achieving the sales budget for the region.
  • Prepare detailed sales activity plans for future periods and per customer basis.
  • Collaborate with the presales department to match equipment offerings with customer needs accurately.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings, gathering intelligence on special projects.


Competences & Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in industries that demand complex technical solutions or equipment, preferably within an international context.
  • Experience with engineering solutions in Civil Construction and dealings with major construction firms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a high level of sales acumen; expected to be a top sales performer within the team.
  • Demonstrated career progression in sales, from initiating cold calls to developing key decision-makers, leading to sales team training, leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Solid experience in organizing and managing a daily sales team operation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of professional knowledge.
  • Autonomous in decision-making with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Systematic approach to sales management and processes.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Asia Pacific region is a plus.
  • Good IT skills, in particular MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), and CRM
  • Available to travel frequently
  • Business ethics and transparency in teamwork
