We are looking for a customer orientated, proactive and good communicator Business Development Manager to join our Export team, to develop the sales Tunisian market.


In the role Business Development Manager you will involve in Project and Trade/Domestic Channels. In other words you will:


In the Projects channel

· Have the capacity to influence consultants and support customers introduction of DAB range in project specs

· Support and enhance DAB brand awareness, increase sales potential through brand promotion within the consultants network

· Be a Company “front man” able to interact with present/potential business stakeholders

· Visit our customer’s consultants to present DAB Company profile and product solutions, networking with principal decision makers

· Search new contacts withing engineering companies/contractors/consultants and follow evolution of project opportunities

· Support to consultants and customers in the most suitable product selection

· Be responsible for Product presentations – technical seminars, Q&A and presence at marketing events/exhibitions organized by customer


In the Trade/Domestic channel

· Map and expand our customers’ sales outreach, search new turnover opportunities

· Keep constant presence and information exchange with the DAB distribution chain

· Support our customers’ marketing of DAB product portfolio with market visits

· Find new sales opportunities with retailers, construction companies, OEMs, etc. evaluating to manage sales either through current importers or new importers

· Search new customers, especially on product categories where sales are low/not present

· Visits to our importers’ retailer chain to promote all DAB product catalogue

· Competitor benchmarking

· Product presentations – commercial seminars


Competences & Skills

· 3+ years’ experience in water business and/or related accessories segment, through trade-retail sales channel

· Knowledge of local import rules/customs processes, goods taxation

· Technical background, preferable Degree in Engineering or Economy

· Fluency in English and French, Italian will be a plus

· Good IT skills, in particular MS Office

· Acquaintance with sales reporting/CRM/BI tools

· Available to travel frequently

· Goal oriented and customer oriented with good communication skills

· Good planning and problem-solving abilities

· Business ethics and transparency in teamwork
