ERP APPLICATION SUPPORT
We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven ERP Application Support willing to work in an adaptive organization to join our ERP Software Team.
In your role you will support the team with the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Work to maintain and support all logistics integration within the ERP system
- Provide standard incident resolution through IT Service Desk processes
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting for ticket-based issues, IT projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and business processes.
- Develop and maintain EDI maps, including translation rules and processes, to facilitate the exchange of electronic data between our company and external business partners
- Provide training and support to internal users on processes, tools and best practices
- Assist in project management, providing support to users from the analysis, testing, release and post go live phases
- Develop procedures to ensure the integrity of software systems
Competence & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering management, business, or high school diploma in information systems or a closely related field;
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of ERP management systems
- Knowledge of XML language
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
