We are looking for an enthusiastic, good communicator and customer driven Technical Customer Care Specialist to join our DSA team, in our Customer Care dept. As a Technical Customer Care Specialist you will have the responsibility for the pre and after sales support on all DAB products. The Technical Customer Care Specialist has good experience with pumps and technical support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to grow and improve DAB technical support for customers and service partners.   Responsibilities: •       Manage all client enquires regarding product support, selections and recommendations •       Manage warranty claims with clients and keep record for management reports – Warranty Portal •       Direct support to external service partners – Technical and Commercial •        Full use of CRM system •        First start up commissioning and on-site interventions •        Support DProjects with product selections Requirements: ·      Grade 12 / N3 Certificate ·      +3y experience in the pump industry ·      Experience in AC/DC power as well as VSD drives ·      Esyline knowledge will be an advantage ·      Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken in English and Afrikaans. ·      Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service partners. ·      Good problem-solving, details-oriented skills and decision making. ·      Ability to support customers over telephonically ·      Business ethics and transparency.
