We are looking for a Payroll&Personnel Administration Specialist to join our HR team in a dynamic, informal and multicultural environment, to actively take part in the different activities related to Personnel Management with a specific focus on our foreign offices (Europe & Asia Pacific areas).
What you will focus on:
- Employment lifecycle management (employees' personal data, hiring and dismissal processes, internal rotations, labour agreement changes, etc.);
- Payroll and attendance management;
- Personnel data analysis and reporting;
- Partnering with local payroll and consultancy firms as main reference point between employees and the firm;
- Cooperate with HRBPs to manage employees' contractual terms and deadlines, holiday management and any other items connected with the employment relationship;
- Welcome and support new employees in their induction and onboarding processes;
- Any other specific ad-hoc project defined.
Requirements:
- Education in Economics fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in international companies, consultancy firms, labor agencies;
- Very good level of English, written and spoken;
- Knowledge of other languages (German/Dutch) will be considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Independent in organizing and managing activities;
- High level of confidentiality;
- Availability to go on business trips.
