Position – Demand Planning Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and driven person to join our Demand Planning Team, where you will be involved in forecasting and planning the demand and warehouse stocking, and you will be involved in S&OP (sales & operations planning process).

What you will do:

• Analyze, develop and maintain a Demand Plan for a portfolio of customers;
• Drive the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal stakeholders;
• Analyze historical sales trends, market trends and customer behaviors to identify patterns;
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPI) such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory levels;
• Coordination with Demand Planning Team on process and tools;
• Stock analysis, Stockout report;
• Contributing on phase-in/phase out projects, ensuring a smooth process for stock availability and forecast collection point of view;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning processes, systems and tools.

Who you are

• Studies in Management Engineering/Economics or related field;
• Experience relevant to the role, matured in one or more of the following functions: Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning), Marketing or Finance;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven insights;
• Knowledge of SO99+ is considered as a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Initiative and Proactivity;
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
