The person will be included in an ambitious development project of the current tool for customer management through the national and international Marketing & Sales areas, for all the Sales branches. The person will be responsible for the adoption and implementation of the new cloud CRM solution and will have to ensure support in the future, through an approach devoted to the development and continuous improvement of the existing tool.
You will also have to work on aligning business processes with customers in order to improve the quality and uniformity of relationship with them, thus creating loyalty, satisfaction and consequently increasing profitability.
Moreover he-she will also be involved in the important process of evolution and internal cultural change, which affects the way of managing contact with a customer through the different touch points that the latter has with the company, and will work within a cross functional team that will apply the most modern project management methodologies in the context of the Agile Scrum.
Competences & Skills:
Experience in CRM with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Dynamics 365 solution;
Experience or attitude to interact customers, suppliers and partners;
Degree in Engineering or relevant experience;
Availability to business travel.
