We are looking for a smart, dynamic and motivated person to join our Company as Services & Smart Solutions - Business Developer, taking care for the extension of the IoT - based services and smart solutions business, in line with the Company strategy.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
• Manage our existing sales pipeline with proactive and periodical follow ups to consolidate and extend potential business opportunities and potential customers
• Define the Company sales strategy of Services & Smart Solutions business in cooperation with the Services Business Owner, for the development and extension of the Services & Smart Solutions portfolio, working with the team to develop proposals that meet customer needs and expectations
• Experiment and drive new Services Business Models by combining DAB Products, Services & Smart Solutions
• Provide guidance and coaching to worldwide local sales teams, facilitating the sharing of experiences and best practices
Requirements:
• Engineering Degree (Management, Electronic, Energetic), Business Administration Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as Business Developer or in the Services Business
• Experience in sales processes and ability to operate in cross functional global teams within a dynamic and international environment
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and ability to engage and influence people
• Availability to travel frequently
